Regina is a left brain thinker with a right brain style. For the past twenty years, she has been helping her clients develop leaders, innovate and create motivating work environments. Regina does this by providing executive coaching, delivering content rich, inspiring keynote speeches at corporate and association events and designing customized training programs.

In 1997, Regina was introduced to the world of Six Sigma and process improvement while delivering management training at AlliedSignal. Since then, Regina incorporates process improvement thinking into all of her speaking. She is comfortable speaking to engineers, scientists, accountants as well as sales & marketing types!

She is a dynamic international speaker who works with clients that want to achieve exceptional results. She believes in developing long term business relationships. Most of her clients invite her back again and again.

Regina mixes practical business applications, process improvement methods, and life experiences into her presentations. This helps make a difference in the way audience members think and communicate, thereby improving results. She loves having fun with her audiences and pushing them out of their comfort zones.

She is an expert communicator and has inspired thousands of business executives with her wit and insight. As an entrepreneur, an author, and a sought after speaker, she provides strategies that can be immediately applied to give you, and your attendees, the results you want.

Regina earned the prestigious Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation in 2005. The Certified Speaking Professional designation, established in 1980, is the speaking industry’s international measure of professional platform skill. The CSP designation is conferred by the National Speakers Association (NSA) only on those speakers who have earned it by meeting strict qualifying criteria. The letters CSP following a speaker’s name identify that speaker as a speaking professional with a proven track record for understanding and delivering value from the platform.
